GOAT SCORE
The final verdict considers the whole career
The GOAT score does not count only goals or trophies. At retirement it combines performance, consistency, awards, national-team achievements, peak OVR, market value, and longevity. The calculation is normalized by position, so goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards are judged by what their roles actually demand.
Performance and consistency
Appearances, minutes, goals, assists, clean sheets, and average ratings build the volume of a career. One exceptional season matters, but it cannot erase many years spent on the margins.
Trophies and awards
Leagues, cups, continental competitions, and individual honours all carry weight. Your real contribution matters too: winning as a protagonist is worth more than watching from the bench.
National team and peak
Call-ups, appearances, and international tournaments join your highest level, market value, and ability to remain competitive across many seasons.
Balanced by position
Every position family uses coherent criteria. A goalkeeper is not penalized for failing to score, and a forward does not benefit from the team's clean sheets.
