Privacy Policy

How ilnuovogoat.org handles technical data, cookies, and information about use of the website.

Last updated: 2026-08-11

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to ilnuovogoat.org and its localized pages (the "Site"). The Site is an independent editorial guide about Il Nuovo Goat. It does not operate the game, game accounts, or career data created in the official service.

When you follow a link to the game or another external service, that provider's privacy policy governs its processing of your information.

Information we process

We may process the following categories of information:

  • Technical and network data: IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser, operating system, device type, routing data, and security signals.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, approximate source, visit duration, and interactions with the Site.
  • Online identifiers: first-party cookies or pseudonymous identifiers used by measurement tools.
  • Information provided voluntarily: information submitted through any account features or contact channels that may be made available on the Site.

We do not ask you to submit passwords, statistics, saved careers, or credentials for an account used on the official game service.

Cloudflare

The Site uses Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, performance, and protection against malicious traffic. While handling requests, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, traffic data, and technical information required to deliver and protect the Site.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site and to improve its content and navigation. A standard implementation may collect page views, usage events, browser and device information, approximate location, and a pseudonymous identifier stored in a first-party cookie.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. Google uses IP addresses at collection time for technical and geographic functions, but states that IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics.

Purposes and legal bases

We process information to:

  • deliver requested pages and keep the Site available;
  • prevent abuse, fraud, attacks, and unauthorized access;
  • measure traffic and understand which content is useful;
  • fix errors and improve performance, accessibility, and navigation;
  • comply with legal obligations and valid requests from authorities.

Where applicable, processing required for security and operation is based on our legitimate interest in running the Site. Non-essential cookies or analytics tools are based on consent where the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies may be required for security and operation. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies, including a random identifier that distinguishes users and sessions.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You may also use tracking-protection tools or Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Restricting cookies may affect some Site functions, but reading the main editorial content does not require a game account.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers required to run the Site, particularly Cloudflare and Google, under their respective terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the Site and its users.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their applicable transfer safeguards and relevant data-protection law govern those transfers.

Retention

We retain information directly only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Retention for technical logs and analytics data depends on the settings and policies of the relevant providers. Information may be kept longer where required for legal obligations, security, or dispute handling.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent already given. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, use any contact channel published on the Site and clearly describe your request and country of residence. We may request reasonable information to verify identity without collecting unnecessary data.

Children

The Site provides general informational content and is not designed to knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to the Site, contact us through a published channel so that we can assess its removal.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Site, its providers, or applicable law. The date shown above identifies the latest revision.
